The Provider assumes no liability for direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the services, including investment decisions based on the recommendations provided. The total liability of the Provider is limited to the value of services paid by the User in the last 12 months.
The User may terminate the use of services at any time, without penalties, provided that all services already rendered are fully paid. The Provider may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of the terms, including the provision of false data or abusive use of the platform.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms, with prior notice of at least 30 days. The User is obliged to periodically check for updates. Continued use of the services after modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
